Important Information
- For premium passes, slot booking will be confirmed at least 48 hours prior; bring the confirmation email.
- Helmets are mandatory for children under 13.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16+.
- Rides like Snow Bullet have height and weight restrictions: children must be over 8 years, 125 cm tall, and weigh more than 30 kg; adults should not weigh over 120 kg.
- No cameras or mobiles are allowed in Penguin Encounter zones.
- Food and drinks are only permitted at designated cafes (Avalanche Café and North 28).
- The venue is not wheelchair accessible, and pregnant women are advised against participating in activities.
- There are no refunds for unused services.
