How to Redeem Your Booking

• Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation voucher via email.

• If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder or reach out to us for assistance.

• Show either a printed or mobile version of the voucher to your driver on the day of the tour.

Important Information

• Children under 16 can participate in the safari but are not permitted to use shisha or ride dune buggies.

• Infants are not allowed on the dune bashing ride and must be supervised by a guardian at all times.

• Pregnant women and those with serious back or neck conditions are advised to avoid this tour.

• Carry only light handbags — heavy luggage is not allowed.

• If your location is outside our standard pick-up zones, we will provide a common meeting point.

• Exact pick-up times for shared transfers may vary based on location and traffic (adjustment window: 30–60 minutes).
