- Digital gate card fee of 5 AED (non-negotiable).

- Arcade games and food & beverages are not included in the ticket.
- The pass is valid for one person for the same day only.
- You must carry valid ID or passport.
- Each ride has age, height, and weight restrictions—adults should be over 120 cm, children under 120 cm.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
- Arrive 10-30 minutes before your scheduled time.
- Last entry is at 10:00 PM.
- Transfers are from Dubai hotels or residences only; additional surcharge applies for other locations.
- Sharing transfers are only available from Deira and Bur Dubai, with timing adjustments possible due to traffic.
