Important Information

• ID Required: Guests must bring a valid passport or Emirates ID.

• WhatsApp Number: Mandatory for booking confirmation and pickup time communication.

• Transfer Limits: No shared transfers available from Palm Jebel Ali, Expo City, DIP, Al Maktoum Airport, Sharjah, or other emirates.

• Pickup Notification: Exact pickup time shared between 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM the day before.

• Be Punctual: Arrive at your pickup location at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivals will result in cancellation without refund.

• Weight Limit: Max 119 kg per guest. Additional charge and pilot approval required if exceeded.

• Age Restrictions: Not suitable for children under 5 years or adults over 65.

• Health Conditions: Not permitted for pregnant women, guests with heart/knee/back issues, recent surgeries, or fear of heights.

• Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Avoid high heels.

• No Fly Conditions: No heavy luggage, intoxication, or guests with disabilities allowed.

• Weather Policy: Flight is subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled or refunded if canceled.
