How to Redeem & Important Details
- Download your ticket from your email mailbox.
- Scan the ticket at the entrance to receive a wristband.
- Wear the wristband for park access and zone entry.
- Transfers are available only from selected central Dubai hotels (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
- Transfer timings may be adjusted by 30-60 minutes depending on traffic and your location.
- Attractions close 30 minutes before the park’s official closing time.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
- Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Entry is free for children below 1.05 meters in height.
- Strictly no smoking or outside food/drinks inside the park.
