How to Redeem

• After booking, you will receive a confirmation voucher via email.

• Valid ID or passport required; no fly without proper identification.
• A valid WhatsApp number is mandatory for communication about pickup details.
• The team will share the exact pickup time the night before, between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
• Arrive at least 10 minutes early at the pickup location to prevent cancellations.
• Transfer times may vary by 30-60 minutes depending on traffic.
• Buffet breakfast can be added for an extra 100 AED per person.
• Children under five and guests over 65 are not permitted to fly.
• Maximum weight limit is 119 kg; exceeding this needs pilot approval and may incur extra charges.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to fly.
• Last-minute cancellations will incur a 100% fee; no rescheduling or refunds.
• Participants must be in good health, able to climb in and out of the basket, and bend during landing.
