• For Swim & Explore, guests should be confident swimmers.
• Deep-water experiences are conducted at a depth of 5.5 meters.
• Pick-up from areas outside central Dubai hotels/residences is available upon request with an extra surcharge.
• Arrive 30 minutes early at the ticketing counter to collect wristbands, then proceed to the designated area via buggies.
• No eating, drinking, or smoking inside transfer vehicles, in accordance with terms and conditions.
• For safety reasons, accessories like watches or earrings should be removed before the activity.
