• Valid passport or Emirates ID is required. No ID, no flight.

• A valid WhatsApp number is essential to receive pick-up details and updates.

• Shared transfers are not available from: Palm Jebel Ali, Expo City, Dubai Investment Park, Al Maktoum Airport, Sharjah, and other emirates.

• The exact pick-up time will be shared via WhatsApp the evening before the flight (between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM).

• Be at your pick-up point at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in missed flights with no refund.

• Transfer timing may vary by 30–60 minutes depending on your location and traffic.

• A minimum of 2 guests is required to operate this tour.

• Children under 5 and adults over 65 are not permitted to fly.

• Maximum individual weight is 119 kg. Those exceeding this must get pilot approval and may incur an additional fee.

• Pregnant women are strictly prohibited from flying.

• 100% no-show charges apply for last-minute cancellations. No rescheduling or refunds will be offered.

• Guests must be physically fit and capable of climbing into the balloon basket and holding a brace position for landing.

• Unfortunately, this activity is not suitable for individuals with physical, emotional, or mental disabilities.

• Large luggage or bags are not allowed during the activity.

• No flying under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Dress in comfortable clothes suitable for outdoor activity. Avoid heels—opt for closed-toe shoes or boots.

• This tour is not recommended for those with heart issues, serious back or knee conditions, recent surgeries (within 6 months), or a fear of heights.

Weather & Cancellation Policy

• Balloon flights are weather-dependent. The final decision to fly rests with the pilot for safety reasons.

• If a flight is canceled due to unfavorable weather, guests can reschedule for the next available date or request a full refund.

Cancellations:

• 100% refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour.

• No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled flight.
