How to Redeem Your Tickets

1. Present your printed or digital E-ticket received via email.

2. Approach the check-in counter and show your ticket for confirmation.

3. Once verified, you’ll be guided to your helicopter for an experience you’ll never forget.

Important Information

• Insurance: All passengers are covered under UAE Civil Aviation Authority guidelines.

• Flights are subject to weather conditions and air traffic control.

• No smoking, food, or beverages allowed on board.

• Minimum age: 2 years and above.

• Maximum weight limit: 140 KG per passenger.

• Arrive at least 45 minutes prior to departure.

• Pregnant women can fly up to 32 weeks or at their own risk.

• Maximum 5 passengers per flight.

• Passport is mandatory for all passengers; E-copies will NOT be accepted.

• Hotel pick-up is available from centrally located areas (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai Marina, etc.).

• Please note: If a passenger does not follow these guidelines, it will be considered a NO SHOW.
