How to Redeem

• After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your voucher.

• Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if it’s not in your inbox.

• Present a printed or mobile version of the voucher upon arrival.

Important Information

• Valid ID is required at check-in.

• All guests must be confident swimmers for any diving activity.

• Avoid alcohol or non-prescribed medication 24 hours before diving.

• Medical approval is required for guests with health conditions and is recommended for those over 50.

• All participants must complete a medical and liability waiver:

  • Diving Waiver Form

  • Snorkeling Waiver Form

• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• Only select personal equipment is allowed: masks, regulators, fins, and cameras.

• Outside scuba cylinders, suits, and BCs are not permitted.

• Allow a minimum of 18–24 hours before flying or ascending above 300m after your dive.

• Entry is strictly valid for the booked date and time only.
