• Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your ticket download link.

• Show your mobile e-ticket or a printed copy at the park entrance to gain access.

Wild Wadi Water Park – Important Information

• Pick-ups available only from central Dubai locations (Deira, Bur Dubai).

• For non-central hotels/residences, an extra charge applies, and our team will assist you.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Outside food, drinks, and alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the park.

• Safety first: Diving is not allowed; all pool entries must be feet-first.

• Lockers are available for rent; we recommend securing your valuables.

• Park operations may vary depending on maintenance or weather conditions.

• Shared transfer timing may vary by 30 to 60 minutes due to traffic or your location.

• No refunds for unused or partially used services.

• As per policy, eating, drinking, or smoking inside vehicles is prohibited during transfers.

 Meal Add-on Option: Includes a burger or hot dog with a soft drink or water bottle.
