How to Redeem Your Experience

• Present it to our representative upon arrival for verification.

Important Information

• A valid ID (passport or Emirates ID) is mandatory to participate. Guests without ID will not be permitted to fly.

• A valid WhatsApp number is required to receive exact pickup timings and real-time updates.

• No shared transfers available from: Palm Jebel Ali, Expo City, Dubai Investment Park, Al Maktoum Airport, Sharjah, or other emirates.

• Pickup times will be shared between 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM on the evening before the flight.

• Be ready at your pickup point 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time to avoid cancellation.

• Transfers may be delayed by 30 to 60 minutes due to traffic or location logistics.

Health & Safety Guidelines

• Children under 5 and adults over 65 are not permitted to fly.

• Maximum individual weight is 119 kg. Guests above this weight must get prior approval and may be charged extra.

• Minimum age for quad biking is 16 years. Rides are conducted within a designated circle for safety.

• Pregnant women are not allowed to participate.

• Guests must be physically fit and able to climb in/out of the balloon basket and assume a landing brace position.

• This experience is not suitable for people with serious heart conditions, back or knee problems, recent surgeries, or a fear of heights.

• Individuals with disabilities (mental or physical) cannot take part due to safety guidelines.

• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied entry with no refund.

• Large bags or heavy luggage are not permitted.

• Wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes. Avoid high heels or sandals.

Weather Policy & Cancellations

• Balloon flights are weather-dependent. The pilot has full authority to cancel the flight for safety reasons.

• If canceled due to bad weather, guests will be offered either the next available tour or a full refund.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of tour time will be 100% non-refundable.

• No-show on the day of the tour results in full charges and no rescheduling.
