    • Shared transfers are not available from Palm Jebel Ali, Expo, Dubai Investment Park, Al Maktoum Airport, Sharjah, or other emirates.
    • The team will notify you of the pickup time the evening before, between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
    • Arrive at your pickup point at least 10 minutes early—any delays may result in cancellation.
    • Transfer times may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and location.
    • Children under five and seniors over 65 are not permitted to fly.
    • Maximum weight limit is 119 kg; exceeding this requires pilot approval and may incur an extra fee.
    • Pregnant women are not allowed to fly.
    • A 100% fee applies for last-minute cancellations; no rescheduling or refunds are available.
    • Participants must be in good health, able to climb in and out of the basket, and assume a brace position during landing.
    • Guests with disabilities or health concerns should consult with the team beforehand.
    • Heavy luggage is not permitted during the activity.
    • Alcohol or drugs impairing judgment are strictly prohibited.
    • Wear comfortable, casual clothing—avoid high heels and opt for flat, sturdy shoes.
    • Not suitable for individuals with heart conditions, knee or back issues, recent surgery, or a fear of heights.
    • Balloon flights are weather-dependent; safety is the top priority. Flights may be canceled due to adverse weather, with options for rescheduling or full refunds.
