• Transfer timings may change based on traffic flow and pick-up location.
• Guests are required to follow all safety instructions provided by Dubai Garden Glow staff.
• Entry is not permitted for animals or pets.
• Modest and appropriate clothing must be worn throughout the visit.
• Use only marked walkways, passages, and designated exits during the visit.
• Bringing outside food, beverages, or engaging in smoking is not allowed within the premises.
• Final entry is allowed up to one hour before the official closing time.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted inside vehicles during tours with transfer services.
